DISCLAIMER: Popular is the intellectual property of Ryan Murphy. I simply dabble in his sandbox, make his characters gay for each other and enjoy the turn on that follows.
AUTHOR'S NOTE: Why do I keep typing this? It's been almost 10 years since the show's been on air, if Ryan Murphy isn't coming to kick my ass by now, I think it's a safe bet he's not showing up to sue me anytime soon. ;) This is part of my drabble request fest. For redlance_ck.

Did We Get Lost?
By carpesomediem

"You didn't tell me this was a lesbian party," Brooke grabbed Sam by the arm and dragged her away from the bar. "What are we doing here?"

"I must've led you astray, McQueen," Sam shrugged, taking a sip of her beer. "What's the big deal?"

"We're not lesbians," Brooke rolled her eyes. "But everybody thinks we are-"

"-No, they think you are," Sam teased. "They already know I am."

"What?" Brooke nearly choked on her own beer.

"I think you heard me. I've been out for awhile now. You just didn't know."

"Oh." Brooke didn't know what else to say.

"I really need to get out of here, Sam," Brooke said a little later.

"Let's go, then," Sam replied, standing. She quickly said her goodbyes with a flurry of hugs, kisses and waves.

"I can't believe you dragged me to this party," Brooke said furiously once they made it to Sam's car. "Were you trying to humiliate me?"

"No, quite the contrary, Brooke," Sam grinned mischievously before pushing Brooke up against the passenger door.

"What are you doing?" Brooke hitched.

"Proving a point." Sam began kissing Brooke, giving the blonde a moment to respond before assaulting her lips further.

"So, did I prove my point?" Sam chuckled, resting her head against the backseat of the car. Brooke was disheveled, buttoning up her shirt and shaking her head.

"Yeah, I think you did," Brooke replied, wiping the sweat off her brow with her hand. "Was that your plan all along? Bring me to a lesbian party and seduce the straight out of me?"

"Definitely something like that," Sam smiled.

"Well, I guess that makes us both gay," Brooke pointed out. "And since that's the case, I'd definitely like a repeat performance."

"I think we can do that," Sam lunged forward.
