Them There Eyes
By Celievamp

She was planning something. We had a precious week of holiday time booked and she refused to tell me where we were going – other than to pack for sun sea sand and sex. I pretended to be shocked at such forwardness, delighted at the amused sparkle in those beautiful eyes as I put on my best southern belle airs. It was so good to see you happy again.

We had asked Cassie if she wanted to come with us but Colonel O'Neill had hinted on a trip to the Grand Canyon which we had not yet taken her to visit. Going on holiday with her `mothers' paled in comparison to that.

We tried not to look too disappointed by her defection.

All I asked of her was that she keep it simple. Strategic planning was one of Sam's strengths. Unfortunately civilian life, particularly the leisure industry rarely complied with her exacting standards. I didn't want Sam to get too stressed out to enjoy her holiday before we even got there.

The night before we were due to fly neither of us got that much sleep. I never sleep that well before travelling and Sam, well I think she was just too excited. Honestly, she was like a little kid. So playful, so loving. I could get used to this side of her, I thought as she kissed her way down my front, from that spot where my neck met my shoulder which always made me squirm deliciously over my breasts, down my sternum to my belly. She giggled as she pressed her lips to my belly button, her fingers reaching up to tickle the side of my ribs. I grabbed for her hands, holding them away from me. "Brat!" I gasped, trying to catch my breath. "Stop that or I'm not going to be good for anything."

She was kneeling between my parted legs and as she arched up over me again I brought my legs up, holding her around her waist, my ankles locked over her lower back. "Where do you think you're going, missy?"

"Nowhere without you, don't worry," Sam said. Holding herself over me one handed she caressed my face, smiling down at me, that smile that was mine alone. She was glorious, the soft candlelight making her pale skin almost luminous, her bright eyes dark with passion – and not a little mischief.

I was in so much trouble.

Her smile faltered a little as I continued to gaze up at her in silence, putting everything I felt for her into my eyes, trying to make her see what I saw when I looked at her.

"Janet?" she whispered. Her breath hitched a little. She lowered herself, holding my gaze as her face came closer and closer to mine. "Janet. My Janet."

"Yours," I confirmed softly, making my words a caress across the soul of this beautiful woman. "Always and only yours."

I vowed to show her exactly how much she meant to me. Taking her to Jamaica for a week was the easy part. Living up to the sort of person she thought I was was something else entirely.

Cassie hero-worships me. But I think in a way Janet does as well. Hell, she's seen me at my lowest, my nastiest, my most insufferable. And she still loves me. What the hell did I do to deserve that?

She's in the mood to play tonight and I happily join in, kissing and tickling, holding and being held. Her beauty takes my breath away as it does every time I see her like this. There is something exquisite yet primal about her. Those smouldering eyes, that beautiful face, her perfect compact body. Janet is physically strong for her size and can more than hold her own against me in our friendly wrestling matches. Her legs are wrapped around my waist and she has me. I gaze into her eyes, the candlelight makes them glow like warm amber and I am lost, caught for eternity in the power and beauty of her gaze. I knew it right then.

Janet Fraiser loved me. With all her heart, all her soul. It was a hell of a lot to live up to but she thought I could do it. She did not doubt me.

I whispered her name, covered her body with mine wanting to be as near her as possible to never lose this moment this connection. "Janet. My Janet."

"Yours," she whispered softly. "Always and only yours."

This was going to be an amazing holiday.

The End

Them There Eyes (Peggy Lee – Rendezvous with Peggy Lee)
I fell in love with you first time I looked into
Them there eyes
You've got a certain lil' cute way of flirtin' with
Them there eyes
They make me feel happy
They make me feel blue
No stallin'
I'm fallin'
Going in a big way for sweet little you
My heart is jumpin'
Sure started somethin with
Them there eyes
You'de better watch them if you're wise
They sparkle
They bubble
They're gonna get you in a whole lot of trouble
You're overworkin' them
There's danger lurkin' in
Them there eyes

Maybe you think I'm just flirtin'
Maybe you think I'm all lies
Just because I get romantic when I gaze in
Them there eyes
